Don’t Let the Holidays WEIGH You Down!

The holidays have the potential to threaten your efforts toward a healthy lifestyle, but the Y supports you in challenging yourself to stay on track during this season! The goal is to find ways to exercise at least 4 times per week for the next six weeks, with an additional goal to maintain or lose weight: just don’t gain!

Join our DASHING ALL THE WEIGH challenge and help us change the stats!

  • Work out an average of 3 times per week for 6 weeks. Check in to the Y a total of 18 times during the program. (Ask us about a virtual check-in to utilize a workout from home option.)

  • Weigh-in at the beginning of the challenge with a Y staff member.

  • Weigh-out at the end of the challenge with a Y staff member.

If you lose or maintain your starting weight (JUST DON'T GAIN!) you'll receive a Dashing all the WEIGH shirt, Y coffee mug, and 50% off our next Weight Loss Program.

Weigh-in: November 22rd-24th
Weigh-out: January 3rd-5th
You can also turn in In-Body Scan Results from Nutrishop Cookeville during these same dates. The In-Body Machine will allow us to track your results based on bodyfat % instead of pounds
