The holidays have the potential to threaten your efforts toward a healthy lifestyle, but the Y supports you in challenging yourself to stay on track during this season. The goal is to find ways to exercise at least 4 times per week for the next six weeks, with an additional goal to maintain or lose weight: just don’t gain!

Work out 4 times per week for 6 weeks. Check in to the Y a total of 24 times during the program. Download a home workout from home form here.

This American Red Cross training provides basic life-saving training including CPR, AED, and choking relief. The goal of this skills-based training is to help students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond in a medical emergency.
