Water Aerobics

Water aerobics offers cardiovascular, muscular, and weight loss benefits, in addition to keeping your bones and joints healthy. WIth a certified instructor, you will receive a low-impact, high-intensity workout while building camaraderie with a support system.

Days & Times:

Begins Monday, June 5th

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday • 10AM-11AM with Julie

Tuesday & Thursday • 5PM-6PM with Nina


12 and up


To participate in Water Aerobics class, you will enter the front entrance of the facility and access the pool deck through the Locker Room. Water Aerobics is inlcuded in all full-facility memberships. Community Members can purchase a Facility Day Pass to access the class.
