Water aerobics offers cardiovascular, muscular, and weight loss benefits, in addition to keeping your bones and joints healthy. WIth a certified instructor, you will receive a low-impact, high-intensity workout while building camaraderie with a support system.

To participate in Water Aerobics class, you will enter the front entrance of the facility and access the pool deck through the Locker Room. Water Aerobics is inlcuded in all full-facility memberships or class pass memberships. Community Members will need to purchase a Facility Day Pass to access the clas.

This American Red Cross training provides basic life-saving training including CPR, AED, and choking relief. The goal of this skills-based training is to help students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond in a medical emergency.
