Nutrition Program
Ready to make a health change but unsure where to start? Just bring your curiosity & a willingness to learn! This 12 week course is designed to teach the building blocks of healthier habits no matter where you are on your healthy journey! This is in partnership with Endure by Design. This is a holistic, natural approach to nutrition designed for each individual and offers a well-rounded approach to improving an overall healthy lifestyle.
What you’ll learn:
- What you need to know about Mitochondrial & Metabolic Dysfunction & Chronic disease
- Foundations of a balanced diet
- How to read & understand food labels, as well as spotting marketing tricks
- Food logging & portion sizes
- How to navigate the grocery store & healthy eating on a budget
- Hydration & importance of water intake
- Which foods that support energy, mood, & long-term wellness
What you’ll take home:
- Guided steps to begin your nutrition journey (this is will be interactive - going through their pantry, & removing items that shouldn’t be there; bringing in those items to donate to food pantry)
- Grocery List to get started
- List of ingredients & additives to avoid
- Healthy or organic brands to look for at your local grocery store
- Brand recommendations
- Important bloodwork to get from your doctor & comparing to optimal ranges
- Simple, budget-friendly recipes to get you started
- FREE resources to help your journey including apps you can use on your phone, websites, and more!
